Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Cevora Health. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
If your country does not appear at checkout, the order cannot be processed for that destination.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed during promotional periods or holidays may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Cevora Health is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

United States: 7-10 business days
Canada & UK: 8–10 business days
Australia & Europe: 8–10 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Note: Delivery estimates do not include processing time or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Any applicable surcharges for remote areas, oversized items, or expedited delivery will also be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are **the sole responsibility of the customer**.
Cevora Health is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs clearance.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Cevora Health is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect address, contact details).

7. Risk of Loss & Damaged Packages

All orders are shipped FOB origin(Free on Board). Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon carrier acceptance.
Cevora Health is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier marks the order as “delivered.” Any claims for damaged goods during transit must be filed directly with the carrier.

8. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the order, the customer is responsible for:

 Original shipping fees (non-refundable)
  Any return-to-sender charges imposed by the carrier
  A reshipping fee will apply if the customer requests the order to be resent.
