Refund policy

At Cevora Health, we genuinely care about your experience and the quality of the products you receive. To keep things clear, fair, and hygienic, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below in simple terms.


Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets our eligibility conditions.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we are only able to accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. This helps us ensure product safety and quality for all customers.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please don’t worry — we will take care of it. In such cases, the product is eligible for a replacement or refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal. Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale are also not eligible for return.

Once a product has been opened, it cannot be resold, which is why these items fall outside our return policy unless they arrive defective or incorrect.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as Cevora Health cannot be responsible for packages lost during transit.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply email us at support@cevorahealth.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cevorahealth.com.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.

If an order has already been shipped, it may only be returned if it remains unopened and unused, and return shipping costs will apply.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@cevorahealth.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Terms

By placing an order for a subscription product, you agree to recurring billing. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the chosen billing interval (e.g., monthly) unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the next billing date.


2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The billing date is determined by the date of your initial purchase.


3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

If cancellation is requested after a billing charge has already been processed, that charge will still be valid and non-refundable.

Once cancelled, no further charges will be made going forward.

All cancellation requests are processed as soon as they are received.


5. Refund Policy for Subscription Charges

Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, as they correspond to an active billing cycle.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel before the billing date.

In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.


6. Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

Upon placing an order, customers receive confirmation of their subscription. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and manage their subscription, including cancelling prior to the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue.


7. Delivery of Goods

Where applicable, products associated with subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation serves as proof of service fulfillment.
